Subscription Terms
A plain summary of what you pay, what you get, and how to stop.

This page summarises the commercial terms of a CasePilot subscription so you can read them before you sign up. It is a summary. The binding contract is the Lawyer Terms, and if anything here differs from that document, that document governs.

Prices are in Czech koruna. Paying annually costs the equivalent of ten months.
What you are actually paying for
Visibility and tools. Not clients. We do not guarantee inquiries, bookings or revenue, and we do not sell leads on any basis other than the fixed unlock price above.
We take no commission on your work. Clients pay you directly, on whatever terms you agree with them. We never touch that money and we never take a share of a legal fee.
Where you appear in search
Paid plans rank above the free plan. That is what the subscription buys, and we say so openly to clients on the site. Below that, results are ordered by how well a profile matches the client's filters, whether there is bookable availability, and rating. Nobody can buy a specific position, and we do not accept payment to demote anyone.
Unlocking an inquiry on the free plan
You read the client's message first. Paying 650 Kč reveals their name, email address and phone number, and lets you reply by email.
The unlock is one-off, applies to that inquiry alone, and is permanent — it stays unlocked even if you later leave a paid plan. Unlocks are not refundable. You see the substance before you pay, so there is nothing hidden to regret.
Billing
We invoice in Czech koruna. Invoices are issued by CasePilot, appear in your dashboard and arrive by email as soon as payment goes through.
Because you are a business established in another EU Member State, VAT is accounted for by you under the reverse charge, and our invoices are marked accordingly. Your own VAT position is yours to manage.
Enterprise is invoiced against your IČO on the terms we agree with you.
If a payment fails
Cards expire and banks decline things. We retry over about three weeks and email you each time.
Your plan keeps working throughout, so a failed payment never costs you an inquiry in the middle of a matter. Only once the retries are exhausted does the account fall back to free, with paid features switched off. Paying reinstates everything immediately.
For a firm on Enterprise, the firm is frozen rather than downgraded: it becomes invisible in search and firm features are suspended. Nothing is deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from your dashboard, without writing to anyone and without giving a reason.
Your plan runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to free. Nothing is deleted — your profile, your clients, your history and your unlocked inquiries stay exactly where they are, and the paid features simply switch off.
Price changes
We may change prices. You get at least 30 days' notice by email, and the change applies from your next renewal. If you do not accept it, cancel before then.
Changes to the terms themselves
We give at least 15 days' notice before changing the Lawyer Terms, and longer where a change requires you to adjust something technical or commercial. You may terminate before it takes effect.
