Never for being chosen. One offer per request, and once sent it can't be edited or withdrawn.

Paid from credit
Top up in packs of 500 Kč, 1 000 Kč, 2 000 Kč, or 5 000 Kč, each invoiced. If your balance falls short, it's used up and the rest goes on your card. Credit never expires.

Credit back when nobody is chosen
The request expires after 14 days, the client closes it, or we do — or you're chosen and decline. Losing to another lawyer isn't refunded.

Before you pay
Payment
Nothing. Clients pay you directly, on whatever terms you agree with them. You pay for the plan — and, if you use them, for unlocking an inquiry and for offers on public requests.
Yes — a proper tax document to your IČO for every payment, in your dashboard and your inbox the moment it goes through.
No. You read the client's description before you pay the 650 Kč, so there's nothing hidden behind the price.
Yes, with at least 30 days' notice by email, applying from your next renewal. If you don't accept the change, cancel before then.
Leaving or downgrading
They stay unlocked for good. An unlock belongs to that inquiry, whatever plan you're on later. Your profile, clients and history stay where they are; only the paid features switch off.
From your dashboard. Premium runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to free. Nothing is deleted.
We retry for about three weeks and email you each time, and Premium keeps working meanwhile. When the retries run out the account drops to free; paying reinstates everything at once.
Firms and requests
Enterprise is priced per seat, agreed with you, and invoiced to the firm's IČO. We set the firm up and send invitation links to your lawyers. A failed payment freezes the firm instead of downgrading it: hidden from search, firm features paused, nothing deleted.
No. It's spent on offers, comes back as credit, and is never paid out — not even when you close your account.
A new request reaches Premium and Enterprise at once and free profiles 2 hours later. We say so in the Lawyer Terms, as EU platform rules require.
