Novák & Partners is a Prague corporate practice working with companies operating across Central Europe. We were founded in 2011 by four partners who had spent the previous decade in international firms and wanted to build something with fewer layers between the client and the person doing the work. We are deliberately mid-sized. Fourteen lawyers is enough to run a transaction properly and small enough that the partner who takes your call is the partner on your deal.
