Emails we send
Updated 5 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
We email you mainly about your consultations, so nothing important slips past.
What we send
- your sign-in code,
- confirmation that your booking request went out, then that the lawyer accepted or declined it,
- changes: a new time, a new place, a cancellation,
- a note that you have a new message — without the message itself,
- a lawyer's reply to your inquiry,
- an invitation to write a review, if a lawyer invites you.
What we don't send
CasePilot doesn't send a reminder before a consultation. Add it to your calendar and it will remind you. A saved lawyer becoming available shows only on CasePilot.
What you can switch off
Booking emails can't be switched off, because they carry changes to the time and place. In Settings you can turn News from CasePilot on or off.
Tip
Don't reply to our emails; nobody reads the replies. Message the lawyer in your messages, and us through support.
