Signing in with an email code

Instead of a password, we email you a six-digit code when you sign in.

How to sign in

   Choose Sign in and enter your email.

   Open the email Your CasePilot code.

3. 3

   Type the code into the page, and you're in.

What to know about the code

• It's valid for 10 minutes and works once.
• Asking for a new code cancels the old one.
• After five wrong tries the code stops working — ask for a new one.
• You can request a new code after 30 seconds with Resend code.

No code?

Check your spam folder and that the email address is right. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us.
