After you send an inquiry
Updated 5 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
Your inquiry goes to the lawyer as soon as you enter the code. No account is created.
Where the reply arrives
The lawyer replies by email — you'll get New reply to your enquiry, with what they wrote. Don't reply to that email; nobody reads it. Follow up the way the lawyer suggests.
The lawyer may propose a time
The reply may include a Proposed time with Confirm this time, or a Book a consultation button. Either one takes you through the usual booking.
If no reply comes
Lawyers don't have to answer an inquiry. Their card in the lawyer list shows how quickly they usually reply. If you hear nothing for a while, try another lawyer.
Tip
Inquiries that didn't lead to a consultation are deleted after 90 days.
