How we check reviews
Updated 5 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
Every review says where it came from. Only a consultation that really took place through CasePilot carries the verified mark.
What the labels mean
Verified consultation on CasePilotA client whose consultation really took place through CasePilot.
Client via CasePilotA client whose inquiry the lawyer answered through CasePilot.
Invited clientA client the lawyer invited themselves. We haven't verified a consultation.
A few older reviews whose source we don't know carry no label.
How we watch for fake reviews
Only a signed-in client who meets the conditions can write one — see Who can write a review. We don't approve reviews by hand before they're published, but we watch for suspicious patterns, like many ratings in a short time, and hide reviews that break the rules.
