Who can write a review
Updated 5 Oct 2026 · 2 min read
Only a client who really knows the lawyer can review them. You can write one review per lawyer.
Who can write one
- After a consultation — once a consultation through CasePilot has taken place.
- After an inquiry — once the lawyer has replied to your inquiry. It must have come from the same email address as your account.
- On the lawyer's invitation — a lawyer can send you an invitation by email.
You need to be signed in to write a review.
Where to write it
On the lawyer's profile, choose Write a review by their reviews. You'll only see it when you're signed in, and only for a lawyer you can review.
An invitation from a lawyer
The link in an invitation works once and expires after 30 days. You confirm your email with a code first. The review then says it comes from an invited client, not from a consultation we verified.
What you fill in
A rating from one to five stars and an optional comment. You also choose how your name appears with the review: full name, first name and initial, or just “Client”. Before sending, you tick “I was a client of this lawyer”.
Important
Your review is published as soon as you send it. If a lawyer has reviews turned off on their profile, nobody sees them.
