Lawyer replies and reporting

A lawyer can reply publicly to each review, once. They can't change or delete the review itself.
What a lawyer can do
- Reply under a review, and edit or delete that reply later. You won't be notified when they reply — you'll see it on their profile.
- Turn off all reviews on their profile. They can't hide a single one.
A review that's out of line
If a review contains insults, personal data or claims that are plainly untrue, write to support@casepilot.cz with a link to the lawyer's profile. We hide reviews that break the rules.
Changing or deleting your own review
You can't edit or delete your review yourself yet. Write to us and we'll remove it. Deleting your account deletes your reviews too.
