How we protect your data

We only store what we need for CasePilot to work for you. The full text is in our Privacy Policy.
What we store
Your name, email, phone number, inquiries, bookings, messages and reviews. There's no advertising tracking, and we have no password of yours — you sign in with a code sent to your email.
How we protect it
Inquiry text, messages, and the subject and description of your bookings are stored encrypted. When someone on our team opens that content, it's logged.
How long we keep it
- Your account and bookings — until you delete your account.
- Inquiries — if they didn't lead to a consultation, we delete them after 90 days.
Your rights
You can download your data in Settings, under Your data. For corrections, deletion or any other request, write to support@casepilot.cz — we'll answer within a month.
