FAQ

No. Inquiries reach you on the free plan too, and you read the client's description before deciding anything. You only pay if you want the contact details and files behind it — 650 Kč, once, for that single inquiry. On Premium every inquiry is already unlocked, which works out cheaper from roughly nineteen inquiries a year.

Nothing. Clients pay you directly and we never touch the money or take a percentage of your work. You pay for the plan and that's the whole arrangement.

About ten minutes of your time to fill in the profile. We check your Czech Bar registration by hand and get you live within two working days. No card needed to start.

Clients can book you directly in your calendar instead of only writing to you, you can message them inside the platform, you carry the verified badge, and you appear above free profiles in search. You can also list up to four practice areas instead of one, so you show up under more filters and on more pages.

Yes, and plenty of lawyers will. Your profile stays listed and searchable and inquiries keep arriving. You're trading reach and convenience for cost — free profiles rank behind Premium ones and pay per inquiry instead of a flat fee.

You tell us how many lawyers you have and we agree a price per seat. We reply within 24 hours, invoice your IČO, and set the firm up ourselves — you get invitation links for your lawyers, one shared firm profile, and practice managers who can run bookings and inquiries for the lawyers who allow it.

Billing & Cancellation

Paying

Premium is 12 500 Kč a year or 1 250 Kč a month, paid by card. Annual works out as two months free. We invoice in Czech koruna and the invoice lands in your dashboard and your inbox the moment the payment goes through. Enterprise is invoiced against your IČO on the terms we agree.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, from your dashboard, without writing to anyone or explaining yourself. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to free. Nothing is deleted — your profile, your clients and your history stay exactly where they are, and the paid features simply switch off.

If a payment fails

Cards expire and banks decline things. We retry over about three weeks and email you each time. Premium keeps working throughout, so a failed payment never costs you an inquiry mid-case. Only after the retries run out does the account fall back to free, and paying reinstates everything immediately.

Refunds

Unlocked inquiries aren't refundable — you read the case before you pay for it, so there's nothing hidden to regret. Anything you've already unlocked stays yours permanently, including after you leave Premium.
