Subscription Terms
Last updated: April 2026
These Subscription Terms apply to lawyers who purchase a paid plan on CasePilot. They are part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By starting a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
01Who can subscribe
Subscriptions are available to verified lawyers authorised to practise law in the Czech Republic. You may be asked to confirm your identity, bar membership, and contact information before activating a paid plan.
02Plans and features
CasePilot offers different subscription tiers, each unlocking specific features such as enhanced visibility in search, additional booking capacity, or expanded dashboard tools. The features included with each plan are described on the subscription page within your dashboard at the time of purchase.
03Pricing and billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis, in EUR or CZK as displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on our behalf.
You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for each billing cycle until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and temporarily restrict access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
04Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan. We'll notify you in advance of any price change, giving you the chance to cancel before the new price applies.
05Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, but your card will not be charged again. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
06Right of withdrawal
Lawyers using CasePilot in a professional capacity (for business purposes) are not consumers under Czech consumer protection law and the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for consumer contracts does not apply. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
07Refunds
We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as technical errors, duplicate charges, or service unavailability attributable to us. Requests should be sent to support@casepilot.cz with details of the issue.
08What happens when your subscription ends
When your subscription ends — whether by cancellation, non-payment, or non-renewal — your public lawyer profile is hidden from search and you cannot accept new bookings. Your account, profile data, existing bookings, and message history remain accessible from your dashboard. You can reactivate your plan at any time to restore visibility.
09Changes to plans and pricing
We may change the features included in each plan or update pricing from time to time. Where changes affect existing subscribers, we'll give you reasonable advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
10Tax invoices
An invoice for each subscription payment is available from your dashboard and is also delivered by email. Invoices comply with Czech VAT and accounting requirements.
