Withdrawing a request

Until the lawyer accepts it, you can withdraw a request at any time.

How to withdraw
Sign in and open the booking under Bookings — it will show Waiting for acceptance.
Choose Withdraw request.
Add a short reason if you like, and confirm.
The lawyer gets a notification and an email, and the booking shows Cancelled.
Tip
If it's only the time that doesn't suit you, there's no need to withdraw. Choose Propose another time — see How to change the time.
You can't take back an inquiry
Once sent, an inquiry can't be withdrawn. If you no longer need help, simply don't follow up on any reply. Inquiries that didn't lead to a consultation are deleted after 90 days.
