In person, online or by phone

A lawyer's profile says how they meet clients. When you book, you choose from the ways they offer.
In person
You meet at the lawyer's office or wherever they say. The address, their note and a map appear on the booking under Where to go once the lawyer accepts. If the place changes, we'll email you.
Online
The consultation is a video call. The link is on the booking, under Join meeting.
By phone
The lawyer calls you. The booking shows the number they'll call from, and if you miss the call, you can ring that number back.
Tip
Once it's accepted, add the consultation to your calendar — Add to calendar is on the booking. Your calendar will then remind you beforehand; CasePilot doesn't send reminders.
