Booking confirmation

Once you send it, a booking is a request. It only stands once the lawyer accepts it.

The emails you'll get
Straight after sending you'll get Booking request sent. When the lawyer accepts, we send Your consultation is confirmed, with calendar links and an .ics file.
How to tell where it stands
Sign in and open Bookings. Each booking shows its status:
- Waiting for acceptance — the lawyer hasn't decided yet.
- Accepted — the time is fixed.
- Needs your answer — the lawyer has proposed another time and is waiting for you.
- Awaiting reply — the lawyer hasn't answered your proposal of another time yet.
- Completed, Declined or Cancelled.
Important
A request doesn't expire on its own. If the lawyer takes a long time, you can withdraw it and book someone else.
