When a lawyer has no free times

Updated 5 Oct 2026 · 1 min read

Some lawyers don't publish free times in a calendar. With them, you suggest a time yourself and the lawyer confirms an exact one.

On this page

How to suggest a time

  1. On the lawyer's profile, choose Book consultation, then pick the reason and the consultation type.

  2. In the Propose a time step, choose the day you're free from. The lawyer sees that day and the next two working days.

  3. Choose Morning (before 12:00) or Afternoon (after 12:00), then Propose this window.

  4. Finish the booking as usual.

What happens next

The lawyer accepts the request and proposes an exact time. The booking then asks Does this time work for you? — confirm it, or suggest another.

When the calendar is full

Try another day — you can book around two months ahead. If nothing works, send an inquiry and arrange a time with the lawyer directly.

Tip

If a lawyer hasn't published any free times yet, you can choose Notify me when they're free. Once they set their hours, we'll let you know with a notification on CasePilot.
