After the lawyer accepts
Updated 5 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
Once the lawyer accepts, the time is fixed and we email you Your consultation is confirmed.
What opens up
- Messages — you write to the lawyer directly on CasePilot. We email you when there's a new message, though the message itself isn't in the email.
- Details for your kind of consultation — the address and a map, the video call link, or the number the lawyer will call you from.
- Your contact details — the lawyer can now see your email and phone number.
Add it to your calendar
On the booking, choose Add to calendar — Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The confirmation email has the links and an .ics file too.
Tip
CasePilot doesn't send reminders before a consultation. Your calendar will, once it's in there.
If something changes
You can change the time or cancel. The other side is always told.
